This rotary encoder works with SawGear only. The SawGear Encoder Cable is included as well.   

This cable connects the SawGear motor to the circuit board inside the power head. 

The SawGear Flip Away is the external portion of the SawGear carriage. It holds the stop bar and is hinged so it can be lifted out of the way.

The SawGear power head is the controller and drive system for a SawGear automated stop. The power head can easily detach from the unit and be mounted on the left or the right side of the machine. It can also be simply and quickly transferred between measuring beams for those who want to travel between a shop and a jobsite, for example.

Important information for ordering this item: 

• It is necessary to specify the machine serial number when ordering a new SawGear power head. Please email orders@tigerstop.com with your serial number. Without the serial number this item will not ship.

The SawGear has two belts: a small drive belt in the power head and a much larger belt in the measuring bar. SG-DB is the small drive belt in the Power Head (PH). 

SawGear Power Head idle pulley (plastic). 

This is a replacement SawGear motor.

The SawGear stop bar comes standard with every SawGear order. The stop bar is used to position material accurately for processing. Type in your desired length, press start, and then place material up against the stop bar for repeatable accuracy.

Your SawGear can position parts to +/- .008" repeatable accuracy which will greatly reduce scrap waste and labor.
