The SawGear has two belts: a small drive belt in the power head and a much larger belt in the measuring bar. SG16-AT5 is the large belt for a 16' working length (18' overall length) SawGear. (That's a 4.9 m working length or 5.5 m overall.)   

The SawGear has two belts: a small drive belt in the power head and a much larger belt in the measuring bar. SG20-AT5 is the large belt for a 20' working length (22' overall length) SawGear. (That's a 6 m working length or 6.7 m overall.)   

The SawGear has two belts: a small drive belt in the power head and a much larger belt in the measuring bar. SG08-AT5 is the large belt for an 8' working length (10' overall length) SawGear. (That's a 2.4 m working length or 3.0 m overall.)   

The bench mount brackets allow you to attach the SawGear aluminum extrusion measuring bar to your tables of choice. Because we don't know what material the bracket will be mounted on, fasteners are not included. Please note that BR-BM is a set of two bench mount brackets.  

*Note: Requires customer to purchase longer bolts (M5 x 15) when using TigerStop Roller Tables.

The internal carriage connects the SawGear belt inside the beam to the flip away outside the beam. It ships with plastic glides and set screws.  

The SawGear Crown Molding Foot is specially designed for cutting crown, baseboard, and trim. The flat pusher foot component is 5.1" x .5" x 4". 

This rotary encoder works with SawGear only. The SawGear Encoder Cable is included as well.   

This cable connects the SawGear motor to the circuit board inside the power head. 

The SawGear Flip Away is the external portion of the SawGear carriage. It holds the stop bar and is hinged so it can be lifted out of the way.

A 12' SawGear (SG12) can be mounted on any existing shop work bench as well as TigerStop tables. However, adding SawGear's portable table to your order will allow you to reap the benefits of SawGear automation on the jobsite.

SawGear's portable table sets up in minutes and is easily transported. It can be used as either an infeed or outfeed table depending on your preference, and comes with one table leg. The table height is adjustable 35"- 45". 

*Note: If you are interested in purchasing two 12' portable tables to function as both the infeed and the outfeed, you may want to order a 12' SawGear Package (SGPK-12) which comes with the following items at a bundled price:
