Dynamic Optimization software calculates the best cutting order so you have the least amount of scrap waste. The software goes through every combination of every length and quantity of material in your cut list. It will optimize up to 4,000 different cut lengths and up to 10,000 quantities of each cut length for a total of 40,000,000 different cut options. It does this in seconds. When Dynamic Optimization is used with TigerTouch tablet software, one can have an infinite and unbounded cut list.

Dynamic Optimization can be used with both the standard and TigerTouch controllers and with or without a backfence ruler. 

Any TigerStop can be enhanced with cutting edge touch screen control with TigerTouch™. Using the TigerTouch touch screen controller, you can download an infinite number of cut lists, display three cut lists at a time for easy switching between work orders, and view statistics such as job status, remnants, remaining parts, and yield.

Replacement TigerTouch Tablet PC's come pre-loaded with TigerStop's state of the art TigerLink6 Cut List Downloading software (DNLD), TigerSet (SET) to control peripheral devices, and Dynamic Optimization software (OPT).

• TigerTouch is incompatible with machines that are not already enabled for TigerTouch. Email service@tigerstop.com prior to ordering this product if you are interested in adding tablet control to an existing TigerStop machine.

Note: If you want a tablet package for your TigerSaw 1000, TigerSaw 2000, or TigerSaw Miter, you will not need the controller stand (SMTCS). The tablet package mounts differently on saw systems using a separate mounting hinge. 

TigerTurbo carriage.  

This is a flat pusher attachment for the TigerTurbo or the HeavyDuty 2. The pushing surface is 12 by 4 inches (30.5 by 10.2 cm). This attachment's reach is 20 inches (50.8 cm) beyond the leading edge of the carriage it is attached to. GSX-TT/HD2 orders must specify a left-handed or right-handed orientation. Left-handed means that the positioner is to the left of the integrated tool (a TigerTurbo to the left of a drill press, for instance).

TigerTurbo internal stop carriage replacement. 

This is an AC motor for the TigerTurbo.  

Important Information About Ordering This Part:

• MOT-TT is incompatible with version 4 electronics.
• This part may require a software upgrade or a Conversion Kit (CON5-CONV).
• The TigerTurbo DC motor is no longer available. Contact service@tigerstop.com for more information.  

This kit contains the parts needed to upgrade a TigerTurbo from the older DC motor to the modern AC motor.

TigerTurbo motor drive belt. 

Bracket for TigerStop tilted table legs. 

These brackets attach the legs to the table for all tilted TigerStop feed tables. They are incompatible with SawGear tables and with flat TigerStop feed tables.

One TABBR-T, sufficient for one leg set, contains two brackets, four binder rings, and a table hardware pack.

Top Cap for TigerSaw 1000 and TigerSaw 2000. 

Top Cap Front Rail Bracket for TigerSaw 1000 and TigerSaw 2000. PC hammertone black 39/80005. Part number: M9194.  

This hard plastic trim fits snugly in the T-slots on TigerStop extrusions, and is sometimes used to conceal and protect small cables. U-slot is ordered in 1 foot (0.305m) increments. There are four orange U Slots per TigerStop that travel the length of the extrusion.  

Universal Brackets are used to mount your TigerStop farther back on your table allowing for more available working space. You will need the following number of Universal Brackets (UBR) depending on the type of machine you have: 

• SawGear: 1 Universal Bracket (UBR) for every 3'
• TigerStop: 1 Universal Bracket (UBR) for every 3'
• TigerTurbo: 1 Universal Bracket (UBR) for every 24"
• HeavyDuty 2: 1 Universal Bracket (UBR) for every 24"  

* Note:The UBR comes with 1 hardware pack (F0032) per quantity ordered.   

This is a box of 50 UV crayons for use with the crayon defecting option on TigerSaw 1000, TigerSaw 1000G2, or TigerSaw 2000.

20' controller cable for the Version 4 controller. 

This 25-pin cable connects an SMT controller to an AMP2 amplifier (version 4 electronics). It is incompatible with CON5 or AMP6. SMTCC is 20 feet (6.1 m) long.
