TigerStop spring buffer foot plate.

This is a flat pushing attachment for the TigerTurbo or HeavyDuty 2. The pushing surface is 12.25 by 4 inches (31.1 by 10.2 cm). The heavy duty spring buffer reach is about 21.2" (53.8 cm) beyond the leading edge of the flip away. Left-handed means that the positioner is to the left of the integrated tool (a TigerTurbo to the left of a drill press, for instance).

The controller (CON5) is the interface for most TigerStop positioners, and consists of a keypad and screen. CON5 is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. CON5 requires an Amplifier (AMP6 or AMP5) and is not compatible with older controllers or with SawGear stop gauges. The standard controller can hold up to 99 cut lists when paired with cut list downloading software. For infinite cut lists you will need the Tablet Package.

Note: The CON5 price includes a $200.00 core charge, refunded if the previous controller is returned to TigerStop within 30 days of the new shipment. CON5 orders require the serial number of the machine that will receive the electronics. Failure to use the controller with the specified serial number can result in software compatibility issues. 

Protective controller cover for Version 5 controllers. Made from clear plastic. Helps protect the controller from metal and wood dust and lubricants. 

The standard interconnect kit is one way of integrating TigerStop machinery with your tool. A roller switch is used to inform the positioner when the tool is at rest, preventing simultaneous movement of the two machines. Additionally, that communication allows for semi-automatic pushing operations. An included solenoid valve can optionally be used to prevent air to the tool unless the positioner is on, referenced, and motionless. 4mm and 6mm fittings are included for the solenoid.  For tools that aren't pneumatic, the 24 volts powering the solenoid could be used to drive a relay, but you'll need to do some wiring. SIK is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence, TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2.  

The FP04 steel face plate prevents marring of the aluminum extrusion when processing steel or other ferrous materials. It attaches directly to your TigerStop's aluminum extrusion and comes in 6 foot increments.

The FP06 steel face plate prevents marring of the aluminum extrusion when processing steel or other ferrous materials. It attaches directly to your TigerStop's aluminum extrusion and comes in 8 foot increments.

Replacement steel roller for 14" wide steel roller tables. Part number MR or M3910. The roller sits up 1/8" from the table. 

Stud bolt for TigerStop motor box. 10 9/16” length, includes 1 stud bolt and 1 acorn nut.

This item screws into the motor mount for the amplifier and motor box cover to slide onto. It is compatible with all TigerStop branded products (except SawGear).

TigerTurbo, HeavyDuty 2, and TigerRacks may require an extra acorn nut (part # F0170) and should email service@tigerstop.com to order. 

TigerSPC is a statistical process control caliper set designed to be attached to the TigerStop table system with working lengths from 0-16 feet.The calipers can be equipped with a selection of both standard and custom attachments that allow it to be specifically configured for your set of critical quality control measurements.

The Swivel Block Attachment (SBA) allows operators to measure from hole center to hole center. It also swivels and can attach to other jaw accessories without losing its reference point.

The Flat Jaws (FJ) allow operators to measure the distance between flat parts.

Mullion/Muntin Half Lap Jaws (HJ) allow operators to measure the center to center distance between two half lap joints.

Miter Jaws (MJ) allow the operator to measure the long side of miter cut pieces.

These brackets attach the legs to the table for all flat TigerStop feed tables. They are incompatible with SawGear tables and with tilted TigerStop feed tables.

One TABBR, sufficient for one leg set, contains two brackets, four binder rings, and a Table Hardware Pack (TABHP).

The TigerStop label printer package includes a printer, printer stand, TigerTouch Tablet Package, and the printing enable code PR0.

To add printing to an existing system, contact TigerStop customer service: service@tigerstop.com. The data cable and a roll of 4 by 2.5 inch (10.2 by 6.4 cm) labels are included.  Consumable printer ribbons are not required for direct thermal printing.
