The idle end sensor signals the limit of travel far from the motor. IES2-30 is an idle-end sensor for a 30' working length (32' overall length) TigerStop. (That's a 9.1 m working length or 9.8 m overall.)

The TigerTurbo has two belts: a small drive belt and a much larger belt that moves the positioner. AT5-TT-030 is the large belt for a 30' working length (33' overall length) TigerTurbo. (That's a 9.1 m working length or 10.1 m overall.) 

The TigerTurbo has two belts: a small drive belt and a much larger belt that moves the positioner.  AT5-TT-036 is the large belt for a 36' working length (39' overall length) TigerTurbo.  (That's an 11.0 m working length or 11.9 m overall.) 

These labels are compatible with the 4" (10.2 cm) direct thermal label printers from Zebra (LP 2844, GC420d, and GK420d).  Label dimensions are 4" by 2.5" (10.2 cm by 6.4 cm).  Each PR4-LBL includes one roll of labels with 1240 labels per roll.

The measuring bar is essentially a SawGear without the power head. Power heads can be mounted on either the left or the right side of the measuring bar, simply and quickly. MB08 is an 8' working length (10' overall length) measuring bar. (That's a 2.4 m working length or 3.0 m overall.)   

Note: The power head (PH) is required to operate a SawGear.

The amplifier (AMP6) is the circuit board driving the motor in most TigerStop positioners. AMP6 is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence (and TigerFence StraightLineRip), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack,and HeavyDuty2. 

 Important things to note when ordering this part: 

• The AMP6 price includes a $200.00 core charge, refunded if the previous amplifier is returned to TigerStop within 30 days of the new shipment.
• AMP6 requires a Controller (CON5) and is not compatible with older controllers. 
•  It's important to test the motor before ordering an AMP6, because a damaged motor can destroy a fresh amplifier.
• AMP6 orders require the serial number of the machine that will receive the electronics. Please email orders@tigerstop.com with this information.If orders@tigerstop.com does not receive your serial number the item cannot be shipped to you.
