Amp, Motor, & Sensors

The amplifier (AMP6) is the circuit board driving the motor in most TigerStop positioners. AMP6 is compatible with TigerStop, TigerFence (and TigerFence StraightLineRip), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack,and HeavyDuty2. 

 Important things to note when ordering this part: 

• The AMP6 price includes a $200.00 core charge, refunded if the previous amplifier is returned to TigerStop within 30 days of the new shipment.
• AMP6 requires a Controller (CON5) and is not compatible with older controllers. 
•  It's important to test the motor before ordering an AMP6, because a damaged motor can destroy a fresh amplifier.
• AMP6 orders require the serial number of the machine that will receive the electronics. Please email orders@tigerstop.com with this information.If orders@tigerstop.com does not receive your serial number the item cannot be shipped to you. 
• If you are unable to determine your serial number please contact service@tigerstop.com for additional support or watch the below videos.

The IO panel interfaces with peripheral devices including barcode scanners, printers, clamps, and Standard Interconnect Kits (SIK). The IO Panel can be used with TigerStop, TigerFence (and SLR), TigerCrossCut, TigerTurbo, TigerRack, and HeavyDuty 2. The IO panel is compatible with the Controller (CON5) and Amplifier (AMP6), and cannot be used with older electronics.  This part ships with a 10-foot (3.0 m) version 5 controller cable (CC5-10).  

Please note the following about ordering this item:  

• IO panel orders require the serial number of the machine that will receive the electronics. Please send this information to orders@tigerstop.com. This IO Panel cannot be shipped otherwise.   
• Failure to use the IO panel with the specified serial number can result in software compatibility issues. Learn how to locate your serial number in the below video.

This rotary Encoder works with TigerStop, TigerFence, and TigerCrossCut. The cable connecting the encoder to the amplifier is included. 

TigerStop Replacement Motor Kit. This kit includes the following items: 

• Motor Mount
• Motor End Pulley
• Encoder
• Belt Clamp Alignment Tool

This pulley is compatible with TigerStops using a 32mm (1.26") width belt. It also ships with a roll pin.      

The Motor End Sensor (MES2) signals the limit of travel near the motor. It is compatible with TigerStops of any length.

This is a replacement end cap for the Amplifier (AMP6).  

This is a replacement aluminum cover for the Amplifier (AMP6).

The idle end sensor signals the limit of travel far from the motor.  IES2-04 is an idle-end sensor for a 4' working length (6' overall length) TigerStop.  (That's a 1.2 m working length or 1.8 m overall.)

10" idle end sensor (also known as the far end sensor) for TigerStop. The idle end sensor signals the limit of travel far from the motor. IES2-10 is an idle-end sensor for a 10' working length (12' overall length) TigerStop. That's a 3.0 m working length or 3.7 m overall.

12" idle end sensor (also known as the far end sensor) for TigerStop. The idle end sensor signals the limit of travel far from the motor. IES2-12 is an idle-end sensor for a 12' working length (14' overall length) TigerStop. (That's a 3.7m working length or 4.3m overall.)
